Founder & Managing Director
Omar Al Busaidy is a Fulbright Scholar, author, and public affairs expert who founded Global Possibilities to engineer strategic relationships at the highest levels of government and enterprise. He holds a Master's degree in International Affairs & Intelligence from Florida State University.
A Non-Resident Fellow at Trends Research & Advisory, a leading geopolitical think tank in Abu Dhabi, Omar is the author of the published self-help book "Just Read It" and co-author of "Agile Government." He is widely known in the UAE for his strong network in governmental and business communities.
Omar is a former Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, an alumnus of the U.S. State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), and actively mentors students on entrepreneurship, communication, and leadership at universities and conferences across the UAE and the world. He also invests in technology startups.

Over the course of his career, he has advised international and domestic clients on capital deployment, operational scaling, and strategic exits across multiple U.S. sectors. With a concentrated focus on Florida's dynamic economy, Hagan has consistently delivered outcomes that balance growth with risk management, ensuring clients capture value while mitigating exposure. His approach reflects a broader North American mandate: aligning local market opportunities with global capital flows to drive resilient, long-term returns.

Rafael Marimon is a global leader with a distinguished career spanning multiple sectors, including public, private, and non-profit organizations across five countries. His expertise in strategic advisory, business development, and workforce transformation has enabled him to work closely with international leaders and top-tier organizations.
Senior Associate
Abdul Jalil Bacha is a public affairs and business strategist with expertise across the GCC. A Business Management graduate from Wrexham University, he combines commercial insight with policy and market analysis across trade, technology, and governance. His experience spans blockchain research, financial analysis, and strategy development, supporting clients across sectors. He is also building a sustainable consumer goods venture, applying his strategic and analytical skills to brand and market growth.
